I was born a skinny chick, and will in all likelihood, die a skinny chick. I'm working towards a body re-comp, such that I don't end up skinny-fat and with major back pain like me mum.
I've never dieted or worked towards a different physical aesthetic before, and it's HARD. Thoughts and progress, here.

The Confessional
I just ate a chocolate-chip muffin top, swiped from the conference room.
Cake is thine enemy, but it's the fatty food groups' femme fatale, the most deceptive, divisive, eeeeevil of the lot.
